Team offsites & retreats
- Resorts within a short flight or drive, so a two-night offsite is really two nights
- A working session in the morning and something properly fun after it
- Rooming handled off your list, including the people who book late
Conferences, team offsites, dealer and channel meets, annual days, award nights and incentive trips — planned, costed and run on the ground by one team. You get a single point of contact, a written proposal with the numbers in it, and a GST invoice at the end.
What we run
Most corporate travel goes wrong in the same few places: rooms that do not match the rooming list, an AV setup nobody tested, and a bill that does not look like the quote. Each of these is priced and run with that in mind.
How it works
Five steps. You are told who is doing what at each one.
Headcount, rough dates, where you are flying from, and what the event is actually for. Fifteen minutes is usually enough. If you already have a brief, send it and we will come back with questions rather than a template.
Two or three venue options with real availability, a day-by-day plan, and the cost per head broken down — rooms, travel, meals, AV, taxes. What is not included is listed as plainly as what is, so the final bill holds no surprises.
For anything with a stage, a large group or an unfamiliar venue, we visit first and send photographs — the hall with your seating plan in mind, the rooms you are actually being given, the walk from the lobby. On repeat venues we will tell you a recce is not worth your money.
Someone from Attithya is on site from the first arrival to the last departure, holding the rooming list, the run sheet and the vendor contacts. Your HR or admin team gets to attend their own event instead of running it.
A single GST invoice in your company name, with supporting bills, reconciled against the proposal. Anything that changed on the ground is shown as a change, not buried in a total.
What is covered
Where
Short-haul for offsites that cannot lose a working day, and longer programmes where the destination is the point. We run the leisure side of these routes too, so the ground contacts are ours rather than a stranger’s.
Jaipur, Udaipur, Goa, Rishikesh, Jim Corbett, Lonavala and the Delhi and Mumbai belts — the usual choice for a two-night offsite.
Himachal, Uttarakhand, Sikkim and the North East for groups that want the event to feel a long way from the office.
Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bali, Thailand and Dubai for incentive travel and larger dealer programmes, with visas handled as a batch.
Questions
From around fifteen people to a few hundred. Below fifteen we will often tell you that booking it directly is cheaper, and say so.
Six to eight weeks is comfortable for a domestic offsite, and three months for anything overseas or over a hundred people. Peak season and long weekends go earlier. We have turned events around in under three weeks, but it narrows the venue choice and it costs more.
Yes. One invoice in your company name with your GSTIN and the supporting bills behind it, so it reconciles cleanly against the proposal.
An advance to hold the venue and travel, the balance before the event, and anything that changed on site settled afterwards. The schedule is written into the proposal before you commit.
Yes. Some clients give us the whole event, others keep flights in house and hand us the ground. Either works, as long as it is clear in writing who is booking what.
Yes, for the whole event, from the first arrival to the last departure. It is the part people notice afterwards.
Next step
That is enough to come back with two or three venues and a cost per head. If we are not the right fit for what you are planning, we will say so on the first call.
