3. Booking Process
3.1 Inquiry & Quotation
Customers may submit inquiries via website, email, phone, or in person.
A detailed quotation will be shared including itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and payment terms.
Quotations are valid for 7–10 days unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Provisional Reservation
Upon confirmation of interest, services (hotel, transport, tickets) may be held provisionally for a limited period (subject to supplier policies).
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Advance Payment (30%)
30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
Booking shall be considered provisional until the advance payment is received.
Services will be blocked only after receipt of the 30% advance.
4.2 Balance Payment (70%)
The remaining 70% of the total package cost must be paid before the commencement of the trip.
Full balance payment must be cleared at least 7 days prior to the departure date.
No travel documents or vouchers will be released until full payment is received.
Failure to clear the balance amount may result in cancellation and forfeiture of advance.

4.4 Non-Payment
Failure to complete payment within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation.
Advance payment may be forfeited as per cancellation policy.
5. Booking Confirmation

7. Modification Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify itinerary due to weather, safety concerns, force majeure, or operational constraints.

8. Cancellation Policy
8.1 Cancellation by Customer
30+ days before departure – 10% of total cost
15–29 days before departure – 25% of total cost
7–14 days before departure – 50% of total cost
0–6 days before departure – 100% of total cost
Note: Air/train tickets may be subject to separate cancellation rules.

Company is not responsible for personal belongings loss or damage.
