Day 1 - Delhi – Shimla

The journey begins from ISBT Kashmiri Gate in Delhi, where you board an AC Volvo bus for Shimla. This overnight journey takes approximately 8–10 hours through scenic highways. You will arrive in Shimla early in the morning, ready to begin your adventure in this charming hill station.

Day 2 - Shimla – Sangla / Chitkul

Upon arrival in Shimla, check in to your hotel and freshen up. After breakfast, begin your road journey towards Sangla or Chitkul. En route, pass through beautiful locations like Kufri and Narkanda, enjoying lush green valleys, terraced fields, and winding mountain roads. By evening, arrive at your destination, check into your guesthouse, enjoy dinner, and relax for the night.

Day 3 - Sangla / Chitkul – Tabo

Start your day early with breakfast and proceed towards Tabo. On the way, witness the confluence of the Spiti and Sutlej Rivers at Khab Bridge. Continue via Sumdo into the Spiti Valley, where the landscape transforms into a stunning high-altitude desert. Visit Gue Village to see the famous 500-year-old mummy at Gue Monastery. Reach Tabo by evening, check in, enjoy dinner, and rest overnight.

Day 4 - Tabo – Kaza

After breakfast, drive towards Kaza, the main town of Spiti Valley. En route, visit the spectacular Dhankar Monastery, perched on a cliff with breathtaking views of the valley. Explore its ancient architecture and peaceful surroundings. Continue to Kaza, check in to your stay, and relax overnight.

Day 5 - Kaza Sightseeing

After breakfast, begin a full day of sightseeing around Kaza. Visit the iconic Key Monastery, offering panoramic views of the valley. Proceed to Chicham Bridge, the highest suspension bridge in Asia, followed by visits to Hikkim (world’s highest post office), Komik (highest motorable village), and Langza, known for its giant Buddha statue. Return to Kaza in the evening, enjoy dinner, and stay overnight.

Day 6 - Kaza – Chandratal

After breakfast, check out and drive towards Chandratal Lake. Stop at Losar, the last village of Spiti Valley, before crossing into Lahaul. Continue through rugged terrains and scenic mountain landscapes to reach Chandratal by evening. Known as the “Moon Lake,” it offers mesmerizing views and crystal-clear waters. Stay overnight in camps (basic stay with common washrooms) and enjoy stargazing under the Milky Way.

Day 7 - Chandratal – Manali

After breakfast, begin your journey to Manali, passing through some of the most breathtaking mountain routes. Reach Manali by evening and check in to your hotel or campsite. Relax after a long yet scenic drive. Overnight stay in Manali.

Day 8 - Manali Sightseeing & Departure

Start your day with a visit to the famous Hadimba Devi Temple surrounded by cedar forests. Explore Old Manali, known for its cafés, local markets, and relaxed vibe. After sightseeing, return to the hotel, check out, and depart for Delhi in the evening by overnight journey.

Day 9 - Arrival in Delhi

Arrive in Delhi in the morning, marking the end of a memorable journey through Spiti Valley and Manali.
